Project management

If you are a Project Manager, AV Technician or accessibility specialist, then you may wish to supervise the event and make sure everything is working as expected. We offer a variety of tools to help you do this. It doesn't have to be a solitary task - you can invite additional team members to help you out at no extra cost.

Live Event Supervision

Most of the critical live event supervision can be done from the Monitor page. Includes features such as:

  • Overall data flow
  • ASR connections
  • Captions mini monitor
  • Video stream monitor

Additionally you can always coordinate with the team using the internal chat function.

Post-event Features

What can go wrong?

A live event is an inherently complex and dynamic environment, involving many different servers and system interacting in real-time. Critical and non-critical issues can be prevented:

IssuePrevention
Poor audio qualityEnsure the audio source is clean and stable. This usually affects the quality of the ASR service.
Poor internet stabilityEnsure the internet connection is stable, test connectivity in advance and, if possible, during the live event.
Human captioner connectivityTest the captioner can successfully connect their equipment to the platform.
