Usage

Line 21 is structured as a pay-as-you-go platform, meaning you only pay for what you use. We offer a variety of tools to help you track your usage.

Project Usage

Each project has its own usage dashboard, which allows you to track your usage for that particular project. We are tracking 6 different types of usage:

• Input minutes (from direct captions)
• ASR minutes
• Translations minutes
• AI proofreader minutes
• Video encoding minutes (RTMP)
• Video player minutes (HLS)

Organisation Usage

Similar to the project usage, the organisation usage dashboard allows you to track your usage for your entire organisation, across all your projects. The monthly billing information makes direct use of this data. Same metrics are tracked as in the project usage dashboard.
